Weddings & Events: Arriving in Black & Silver

How we plan a wedding-day chauffeur experience - timings, vehicle prep and the small details that matter.

A wedding day has exactly one timeline and no room for a car that runs late. We approach every wedding booking as an event-management job first and a chauffeur job second - the driving is the easy part.

The pre-day walkthrough

For weddings inside Greater Copenhagen we drive the full route the day before: hotel to church, church to photo location, photo location to reception venue. We time each leg in the same traffic window as the wedding day, note the loading zones, confirm with the venue exactly where the car should wait, and share a printed schedule with the couple's planner.

How the car is prepared

The S-Class or BMW i5 arrives detailed inside and out that morning, silver ribbons on the wing mirrors if requested, chilled bottled water and champagne flutes in the rear console, spare umbrellas, tissues, a small emergency kit (mints, safety pins, stain wipes). The interior is scented lightly - never strongly - and the climate pre-set to the couple's preference.

The chauffeur on the day

Formal black suit, silver tie, white gloves on request. Trained to hold the door for the length of a photograph, to help with a train or a veil, to stay entirely off camera unless invited, and to know when to disappear and when to reappear. On timing: your chauffeur is at every pickup ten minutes before the schedule, always.

What we cover

Couple's car for the full day, additional cars for parents or bridal party, guest shuttles between hotel and venue on a Sprinter, late-night runs from the reception back to hotels. All coordinated by one point of contact, invoiced as one clean package.

Booking window

Peak wedding weekends (May, June, August, September) are typically booked 3–6 months out. Get in touch as soon as your venue is confirmed and we'll hold the date informally while the details settle.
