A Chauffeur's Guide to Copenhagen Airport

Copenhagen Airport (CPH) is one of the calmest, best-organised hubs in Northern Europe - but a great arrival is still made in the details. After more than a decade collecting guests here, we've distilled the process into a short guide so your first minutes on Danish soil feel effortless.

Where we meet you

Our default meeting point is the Arrivals Hall in Terminal 3, just past the sliding doors from customs. Your chauffeur will be standing to the right of the exit, holding a discreet black sign with your name in silver lettering. For unaccompanied minors, VIP guests or arrivals with heavy luggage, we can meet you at the gate through the airport's Meet & Greet service - request this when you book.

Flight tracking, always on

Every airport pickup is monitored from the moment your flight leaves its origin. If you land early, we're already there. If you're delayed, we adjust automatically - no extra call needed, no waiting-time charges added for airline delays.

The 60-minute grace window

Airport arrivals include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting from the moment your flight lands. That covers passport control, baggage claim and a comfortable walk to the car. City pickups include 15 minutes.

The walk to the car

From the Arrivals Hall to our pickup bay is a 90-second walk under cover - no crossing lanes, no shuttle bus. In winter your car is pre-warmed; in summer, pre-cooled. Bottled water and phone chargers are always on board.

A note on Terminal 2

Most international flights arrive at Terminal 3, but some Scandinavian regional and charter flights use Terminal 2. If your booking is Terminal 2, we meet you at the small arrivals area near the SAS lounge entrance - same silver-on-black sign.
