Policies you can rely on
Clear, fair and applied the same way to every guest - no surprises at the end of the ride.
Additional waiting charges
Beyond the complimentary allowance: 30 minutes additional waiting - €50. 60 minutes additional waiting - €100. Longer waits are billed pro rata at the same rate.
Night & holiday surcharge
A 15% surcharge applies to journeys between 22:00 and 06:00.
Credit card fee
A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments. Bank transfer is free of charge.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled pick-up time. Cancellation should be submitted in writing via email.
Stops & route changes
Brief courtesy stops are included. Extra stops, route changes or additional destinations are billed at the hourly rate.
Child seats
Infant, child and booster seats are provided free of charge - please request at booking.
Cleaning fee
A cleaning fee from €150 may apply for spillages, smoking or excessive soiling of the vehicle.
Tolls, ferries & parking
Tolls, ferry tickets and parking fees during the journey are billed at cost on top of the quoted fare.
