Group Travel Done Right: The Mercedes EQV / V-Class

Captain's chairs, room for luggage and a tinted glass cabin - why the V-Class is the go-to for families and small teams.

When six or seven guests need to travel together - a family with luggage, a founder with their leadership team, a wedding party moving between venues - the answer is almost always the Mercedes EQV or its diesel sibling, the V-Class.

Why not a sedan and a chase car?

Two cars mean two drivers, two arrival times and two conversations. The V-Class keeps everyone together with captain's chairs facing each other, a folding table between them and enough room to work, brief the team or just relax as a group.

The luggage question

Behind the rear bench we fit six full-size suitcases and hand luggage without stacking. For seven passengers plus bags, we swap in the extra-long body variant with a rear cargo shelf - you never have to choose between people and their things.

Fully electric, silently

The EQV is our fully electric version. Range is 350 km on a single charge, which covers every Copenhagen–Malmö, Copenhagen–Aarhus or full-day itinerary without a charging stop. In the cabin, the absence of engine noise turns a 45-minute transfer into a proper conversation space.

When to choose the Sprinter instead

Above 7 guests, or when your group has hard-shell golf bags, ski equipment or event materials, the Sprinter is the correct choice. It carries up to 19 passengers in individual leather seats, still air-conditioned, still chauffeur-driven.
