When You Need the Sprinter: Events, Tours & Team Travel

The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is the vehicle we reach for when the group is too big for a V-Class but the trip is still meant to feel personal. High roof, individual leather captain seats, panoramic windows and enough boot space for a full week's luggage - it turns a logistics problem into a shared experience.

Who actually books it

Wedding parties moving between ceremony, photos and reception. Corporate teams heading to a conference or an offsite. Film and production crews on a Copenhagen shoot. Cruise groups arriving as a party of 12 with matching suitcases. Sports and music entourages where privacy matters more than badge.

What's on board

Up to 16 individual leather seats depending on layout, USB-C at every seat, on-board Wi-Fi, individual climate zones, bottled water and a discreet luggage area behind the rear row. Sound system is fully controllable from the front seats if the group prefers a quiet ride.

How we plan the day

One chauffeur, one vehicle, one point of contact for the whole trip. We pre-drive complex event routes the day before, confirm venue arrival zones with the on-site coordinator, and hold at each stop for as long as the group needs. No meter, no clock-watching - the day is yours.

Booking notes

Sprinter availability is tighter than the rest of the fleet, especially in wedding season (May–September) and around major Copenhagen conferences. Book 2–3 weeks ahead where possible. Multi-day tours across Denmark and southern Sweden are available on request.
