Business Travel in Denmark: A Calm Day, By Design
How an hourly chauffeur day actually flows - for an executive doing four meetings across Copenhagen and Malmö.
The hourly chauffeur service is the least-understood product in our fleet, and the one that transforms a business trip most. Here is what a real day looks like, from the perspective of the executive in the back seat.
07:30 - Hotel pickup, Copenhagen city centre
The BMW i5 is waiting under the porte-cochère, pre-warmed. Bottled water, phone chargers, Wi-Fi hotspot active. First calendar block is a breakfast meeting at a partner's office in Frederiksberg - 12 minutes.
09:15 - Kastrup for a short-haul flight? No.
Second meeting is in Malmö, across the Øresund Bridge. Rather than fly, we drive: 45 minutes door-to-door, no security, luggage stays in the car. Executive prep continues in the back seat with the tinted glass cabin.
12:30 - Lunch at Nyhavn
Back across the bridge, drop at Restaurant Palægade. Chauffeur takes the car to a nearby parking bay and is 90 seconds away when you're ready to leave. No hunting for the driver, no phone calls.
14:00 - 16:00, three back-to-back meetings across the city
This is where the hourly model wins. Traffic is planned around your schedule, not the other way round. If a meeting overruns, the next one is not compromised - the car simply moves faster or takes a different route.
18:30 - Airport
Direct to CPH Terminal 3 departures drop-off. Total day: 11 hours, one chauffeur, one car, zero logistics thought. Total driving effort on your part: none.
